Doors to Foundation Hall open at 11:30 a.m. for lunch, programs are from noon to 1 p.m.

Help others Live Life Better
We can live life better by helping others live better lives by donating blood. Community Blood Center blood drives are 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays in Foundation Hall on the following dates:

The Nurse is IN to offer free health screenings
Are you concerned about your blood pressure? High blood pressure has no symptoms but it can cause serious problems such as stroke, heart failure, heart attack, or kidney failure. We check your blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen level, and answer questions about your medication.
Come see us at any of the following throughout the month:
Every Wednesday: 10 a.m. to noon, Care At Home health clinic in the Green Hills Community Center;
First Wednesday of every month: 11 a.m. to noon, Logan County Friendly Senior Center, 934 S. Main St., Bellefontaine; or
Second Tuesday of every month: 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Urbana Champaign County Senior Center, 701 S. Walnut St., Urbana.

There are many exercise choices available at Green Hills Community. The following is list of classes that are currently available, some without membership to the Aquatic & Fitness Center.

10 a.m. sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays
TAI CHI IN FOUNDATION HALL
4 p.m. every Monday
CHAIR YOGA IN THE CHAPEL
1:30 p.m. Tuesdays
2:30 p.m. Wednesdays
TRADITIONAL YOGA IN THE CHAPEL
3:15 p.m. Wednesdays
6 a.m. Thursdays
OUTDOOR WALKING TRAIL
Paved walking trail about 1/2-mile long
Fitness and resistance equipment located near the entrance of assisted living
